"My neighborhood is unique beacase of many reasons. for example the neighbors are all very friendly, also there are many good schools in this area. plus downtown new port richey is right down the road and there is always something to do, and there are parks all around here like Sims Park and they always have a family movie night and there little splash pad is awesome."

"The City of New Port Richey is an incorporated city in Pasco County with its own excellent police force. Crime rate is low, homes are older, some historic, no deed restrictions. I have lived here almost 20 years and love this neighborhood. I have never been the victim of a crime in my home or my neighborhood."
