Description

Starting off 2024 with the deal of the year, buildings such as this with this kind of upside do not hit the market often and this is one you will not want to miss out on! Located steps from Washington Park, this jumbo, three unit Greystone is in the right location, has the right layout, this is the right building! Each units offers 3 bedrooms per unit, large living rooms with bay windows and western exposure which will allow tons of natural sunlight, formal dining room in each unit ,enclosed rear porches, 2 car garage, the list goes on! The basement is unfinished but can be easily duplexed in the main level unit to create an ever larger layout or a potential owners unit! Interior of the building is in need of extensive repairs but there is tremendous upside, renovate and build equity while renting out all three units for great passive cash flow! This location is hard to beat, situated on historic Wabash Ave, blocks from Washington Park, close to Dan Ryan, close to Red line and much more! This building will not last long, do not sleep on this as it will be gone at this value!

"I would only go in this neighborhood if I have a vehicle. don't stand outside of any stores. People at the gas station are always asking for change or to pump your gas and it's very uncomfortable. I don't like it here at all. They also do street cleaning very often and it's never anywhere to park."
