"Palmer Ranch is a geographic area in Sarasota with many small communities within. Golf communities are Prestancia, Stoneybrook and The Oaks Golf and Country Clubs. Costco and the Sarasota Square Westfield Mall are great places to shop. Call me for info about homes and condos available for sale in neighborhoods like Turtle Rock and Silver Oak. There are several access points to the Rails to Trails Legacy trail which spans miles for cyclist and runners and lead to the beach in Venice FL. "

"Quiet neighborhood away from busy streets. Lake/pond is serene and offers up-close views of ducks, herons, egrits, etc. Walk to Publix market. The pristine Siesta Key beaches are a 2 mile bike ride. Nearby Sarasota has museums, theater, restaurants galore."
