"Ive lived here for 2 years and the place is very nice and calm for the most part. They made sidewalks now which is great to walk around. There is a lake inside the main community and the walk around the path is super pleasant. The only down side is the traffic from kirkman is very noticeable, but nothing some earplugs or white noise from a fan cannot fix. "
