Students aren't given proper education in this school and aren't taught correctly. Students that need more guidance are left behind and end up failing as a result. My child has adhd and has impulse issues and is not able to take meds due to seizures. This did not stop them for disciplining my child for every little thing. Grant it my child is no angel by any means, but is not a problem child as well. The school does not see it this way though for a child with adhd they see them as a problem . The discipline lady and vice principal are a nightmare they will discipline them for every little thing they can find. The discipline lady acts like a child tattling on a class mate basically. The vice principal has no sense of humor what so ever and will judge your student even before they walk in the front door with out getting to know them first even If they have never been in the school there. They are very judgmental, pushy and act like stuck up rich snobs. There was only one teacher there that i liked and needs a shout out for being awesome and that was Ms. Viola in special ed. The sheriff on campus there was awesome as well he really does care about the kids and all of the kids safety there so shout out to him as well for being awesome, Other then that i am not impressed with this school at all. "What makes this area unique is you can drive on the beach. Be careful because of this warm weather there are numerous vagrants and beggars, most seem high on something. Warm water though... so have a good time but keep your guard up."
