" Commute is by car. Public transportation is not available in this suburban Tampa neighborhood. We are retired so we no longer commute, but when we were working, it was an easy commute to downtown Tampa and/or the airport."

"I have lived in this community for 12 years and simply love the area. The schools are excellent, the neighborhood is very well kept. There are always people out & about, walking, running, biking, fishing in the ponds. Lots of pet (curb & leash law enforced) friendly areas to stroll. My children ride bikes & scooters to school. The traffic will be great once construction on LLF Rd is complete. Love it here!"
