"Floral City is a up and coming community. There is a little neighborhood at Hwy 41 and Stagecoach called Zanmar Village and it is perfect for young families. The older folks are passing on and the neighborhood is being rejuvenated. Halloween is huge in zanmar village so y’all come see us. "

"I have lived in this area near the small and artsy town of Floral City for 18 years and love it. I run, walk and ride bicycle on the Rails to Trails daily. It is beautiful, close to everything and peaceful. I have never experience a crime of any kind. I wouldn't live anywhere else. "
