"I can bike less than 5 miles to Carlsbad village for dining and entertainment. My area of Poinsettia has a chain market and some other stores I can easily walk to. I take the train either north or south as there is stop right in my neighborhood. "

"The weather allows you to walk your dog any time. There are 2 trails that are short and safe to use that dogs would enjoy. It’s a great place for pets to play and meet other people with pets. "
