"We live on Echo Lake which brings our community together in many ways. We enjoy fishing, kayaking, riding and walking in nearby trails and beautiful Fountain Park and Echo Hills Golf Course... all open to the public. "

"Great area for children and adults. Garage has space for 3 vehicles, insulated and drywall with paint. 10X12 outdoor building with ramp for lawn equipment and bicycles. Located of high traffic ares but close to shopping, schools, municipal swimming pool, hospital, etc."
