My child is receiving individualized spelling 2-3 years above grade level and has been placed in advanced math and reading. The online Discovery Education is a hit in our household in order to explore topics more in depth. The teachers are friendly and the class sizes smaller than at some other public (and private) schools. The student body is diverse, which is important in an increasingly global society. If I had a few wishes it would be for year round status, eliminate the uniform dress and for more advanced learner interaction to challenge and stimulate. 3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWhat kind of school is this. Maybe the learning is good but the kids?? My girlfriend got shamed for their size by two kids in 8th grade. My girlfriend is in 8th as well. SOMEONE IN THIS SCHOOL NEEDS TO CONTROL THEIR STUDENTS. My girlfriend is severely insecure about their body and your petty students didn’t help. I know it’s not Entirely the schools fault but come on. Listen to what your students have to say. Williston has mean students.Parent Review1y ago

"This part of town is just great and the new Cross City trail is nearby too! You have immediate access to Wrightsville Avenue, S. College Road, Eastwood and Oleander/Military Cutoff Rds. Breeze to the beach via Wrightsville Ave and avoid all the traffic of Eastwood and Military Cutoff. "

"I built a house here and lived in it since. This house is a home and the neighborhood is safe. A great neighborhood for anybody especially couples maybe with children and pets. Situated behind UNCW and Cape Fear Hospital and only 2-3 miles from the beach."
