My grandaughter is getting bullied on the playground by the same boy - three times so far, and nothing is being done to prevent her from harm. She was hit in the face by him and now has a bruise on her face and the next day he attacked her again. The principal is not very reactive about this situation but if it were her child I'm sure she would not tolerate this action. Children should learn to keep their hands to themselves. What is a parent to do when you are not getting the necessary response and to feel assured that your child is going to school to learn and should not fear that there will be any unnecessary roughness from another student and should not have to constantly look over her shoulder.Parent Review2y ago - Roots International Academy

When I had a problem with Mr. G I could talk with Ms. Ramos wen I had a problem with Ms. Ramos mr. G was always there. Ms. Ramos is like the mom and Mr. G like the dad. She's more strict but is nice and you know she loves you. Mr. G is hecka fun and makes history exciting. Ms. Ramos is a good math teacher. She makes you take notes that tell you exactly how to solve the problem. Whatever you do take notes. Ms. Ramos will do science experiments with you is the whole class pays attention. The linked learning program is moving in a positive direction and their tailored Newcomer program helps English language learners succeed. I'm encouraged to learn that their internship program has tripled over the last 3 years. There currently is a construction project on site, which includes a new 2 story building, updated on-site clinic and a new stadium/gym to replace their current 90yd football field. "The commute out of the area is painful and often puts you in dangerous conditions. The potholes are very large and the industrial area gives permission to unlawful driving. Freeways are close but the various roads out are sketchy."
