      Description

Moose Meadow is immediately East of Freedom Field which is an exceptionally nice nearly completed neighborhood with all half acre lots. Moose Meadow is in the process of platting with projection for completion approximately 3-4 months. It is entered at the East end of Dutson Drive. The subdivision plat shows 26 large lots. It is a safe area. There are 100s of trees on the site and it is very private and picturesque. Great water rights. Alternatively, This area would be great for a place to build your dream home, and enjoy the security and the privacy, of a wooded farm in the heart of the city. Enjoy it now and hold as a future investment.

What Locals Say about Idaho Falls

      • Iris Evans
"It’s pretty safe living in Idaho Falls. However I’m not sure why there’s high school kids skidding cars at parking lots at night especially during the summer. I guess there’s not a whole lot to do, but that could become a problem as I’ve seen cops stopping them. Crime rates have increased a bit after the rise of population in the past few years. That being said I’d still suggest educating kids to not trust strangers. "

We help each other out in the winter with car issues and the snow and everything. In the summer our apartment complex lets the dogs play together and do barbecues and things like that. "
