"I've lived on this block for almost 6 years now. For the most part, it is a quiet block with older residents who are retired, a few younger couples that work and maintain our respectable area. Traffic tends to be challenging due to its relative location in downtown Wilmington, however this is minor compared to the conditions of some areas within a half of a square mile. Neighbors are friendly and we look out for each other."

"Quiet street but not safe nearby neighborhoods. Mail be stolen and lot of crime around. where i used to stay was quiet street just surrounding streets not too good"
