Head upstairs to find a wonderful flex space (e.g. lounge, second office, Peloton room) that leads to the second primary bedroom and showstopping private roof terrace. The additional primary bedroom offers easy access to the rooftop, 2 large walk-in closets, and a full bathroom that features a double vanity and glass shower. A rare southwest-facing private rooftop terrace is something you have to see to believe how amazing it is! With its stunning sunset glow, water and park views, and multiple areas to entertain, this outdoor spot with a gas hook-up and water is a place you may never want to leave! This 4-story condo building, on the banks of the Potomac River/Washington Channel, defines a new kind of urban living in Washington, DC. 2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI'm glad we chose Eastern for our students. My one and only complaint is that they offer only 1 world language. Other than that, they are academically challenging and offer an amazing array of extras, like debate, a medical sci academy, all the sports, jrotc, on and on. And the full IB program! Unless you live a great distance from Capitol Hill, there's no reason to go elsewhere.Parent Review5y ago - Amidon-Bowen Elementary School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe've only been a part of the PreK program so far but love it. Our son adores all the teachers, is learning a ton, and was so excited to go back this fall. I take it as a great sign that he is eager for Mondays/going back to school each week. Such a great neighborhood gem.Parent Review1y ago - Jefferson Middle School Academy
