You get the best teachers, the leads in the school play, etc. The arts are dwindling at this school, They cut out the drama class and now just have music and dance for their arts. The SSFA has all of these huge $$ fundraisers that only the wealthy SS parents can afford to attend. If you are into schmoozing and networking with the wealthy, this school is for you. VPA students are sequestered in their own private curriculum and treated like royalty while mainstream students are herded like livestock through their classes, getting bullied and ignored. "A small condo community with very few renters. Owners are very friendly, but also allow you to have your own space. The pool is rarely used. Spring break sees more visitors, so that is the busiest time. You can walk for miles on the beach - or pop across the street for shopping and at least 3 restaurants."
