Description
Two unit residence rebuilt to a modern standard in 1995 and situated on a deep lot with a lush rear garden that takes full advantage of Noe Valley's localized microclimate. Detached on three sides with a Marina-Style facade, these spacious units have superior floor-plans and features that reflect contemporary style and design. The two-level unit lives like a townhome and overlooks the uncommonly private garden with wood patios, lush plantings and firepit. This unit has engineered flooring on the main level, custom designed kitchen with an abundance of cabinets, quartz counters and stainless appliances. Additionally this unit has direct garage access, two generous sized bedrooms and a full bath with shower over tub. The top floor unit is tenant occupied and is a 2-bed/2-bath including a primary suite with en-suite bath, private balcony, living room with fireplace and dining room that opens to the kitchen. Wonderfully located near Douglass Playground and just blocks to the best of 24th Street.

"I lived in this neighborhood for over 10 years. I love being able to walk to all the local stores, great restaurants and boutiques. Very safe and quiet and wonderful neighbors. Muni and Bart are so convenient to use also very easy to jump on the freeway when needed. It is also one of the sunniest areas of the city."

"I've lived in this neighborhood a year and enjoy it. I love being able to walk to (and claim) both Noe, Bernal and Mission neighborhoods. The neighborhood is quiet but close to rowdiness if that's your thing. Very close amenities, including a new butcher shop and produce store. Many options here for any mode of transportation here - 20 minutes downtown by bike or train."
