"It is peaceful and private with wooded lots of an acre of more. It is not uncommon in the spring and summer to wake up to squirrels, birds and even dear roaming around. The canopy of trees help to keep it some what cooler. It is beautiful in fall with the collage of colorful leaves and quite picturesque after a winter snow. "

"very noise busy street, Marshall St Milford DE. Loud trucks, small and large, loud base music in cars passing by house. Marshall St is very heavily travel city road, a lot people do not obey 25 MPH speed limit. This street is like drag strip. Would not recommend living with in city limits of Milford DE. Not a nice residential area, it's more like a commercial business area. "

"I live in Marshall commons and it is a great quiet neighborhood to raise a family in. the kids are always running around outside in groups to play. it's also a very good cultural mix as well. great neighborhood. "
