This happe Ed on the bus ride home. The student remained in school the next day and even rode the bus home. She was in school the next day as well. "Every weekend all summer long there is some kind of festival or gathering in the downtown area with music and vendors for the community to gather. There is also a wonderful farmer’s market."

"From my house, there are three grocery stores within 5 minutes. There are multiple specialty shops and many restaurants all within minutes, many with walking distance. My husband walks to work in nice weather. Most needed services are also within walking distance from where we live."

"I’ve lived here for a year, but visited for five years prior to moving here. There is always something happening downtown, every weekend, all summer long geared towards the residents not the tourists. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help a neighbor. Such a community feel here. Much different than where I moved from!"

"My 84 year old Mother & I live together in a very nice well maintained 55+ community that gas really nice neighbors and really great amenities. We love the fact that it doesn't have a lot of traffic. Also that it has outstanding views if the Mission Mountains."
