    "Ive been here 3-4 years abd the lot rent is ridiculous. Trailer park akways shutting water off with no notice to work on it in the park. Had a head full of shampoo and was in the shower last time. Cant ever reach the office by phone or in person even though there are cars in front of office all day. Dont waste your time or money moving here."

    "No public transportation unless scheduled with tiblow transit (very limited hours). Great access to 435, I70 and K7 though. Can get mostly anywhere in KC Metro Area in about 20-25 minutes. "

    "We have a walk path throughout the Parkway. And all the houses back up to the common area which has the walkway and playgrounds providing a safer area for children and dog walkers. City Ord requires a leash on animals (dogs) for child safety and squirrel safety. "

    "It is centrally located and you can get just about anywhere within 10-15 minutes. Edwardsville is in between 2 easily accessible high ways, K32 & 435. Great place to live."
