"Small town, 15 minutes from shopping except for the outlet mall. Great views of Mt. San Jacinto foothills and Mt. San Gorgonio. Wind consistent with pass-areas. Nice park. Local water company. Near Morongo Casino. Will probably never need to shovel snow."
