1/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is an excellent school; teachers and staff are excellent providing a wonderful learning environment for all children. They do AMAZING things with the little they receive from the school district, community, and federal, state, and local funding. However, at this school the parent involvement is minimal and almost half of the children are introduced to English, in a formal setting, for the first time. This has a negative effect on the impact on the learning process for all children within the school. Also, due to this school and school district having a large low income population, extra-curricular activities are minimal due to lack of funds. Most other school districts in the area do offer more tangible resources to excite learning.Parent Review13y ago

"Tons of stray dogs roaming around and some are aggressive, a lot of aggressive breeds too. Germans and pit bulls and yappy little chihuahuas. I’ve been chased to my door multiple times by dogs "

"We have lived in this neighborhood for 9 years. We absolutely love the location, quiet friendly neighborhood. Kids playing and just all around good people. Close to a lot of things as well, down town, legends, shawnee, plaza all within about a 15 minute drive! "
