"My dog got attacked by a German Shepard she is very lucky to still be alive. She was about 4 months old and didn’t Provoke the dog at all. There are also no side walks where I live so walking in the street or on peoples lawns is where u walk. "

"I just checked the stats on this zip code (33714) , and it has 179 registered sex offenders. The average for a a random zip code in the US is anywhere from 15-30. This used to be a much nicer area, but now there are a fair number of questionable characters living here, involved in drugs and alchohol abuse. HAving said said it has Florida's great climate. The year I lived there in 2009-20010, I didn't have any problems with crime, but I never let my 8 year-old daughter out of my sight. The nearby park is nice. The druggies hang out on picnic tables away from the play area."

"I have enjoyed living in my 1500 sq ft. townhouse at Calais Village for 9 years. It is a convient location with the interstate, schools, grocery stores and shoppings centers close by. Neighbors are very nice and the grounds, pool and tennis court are well maintained. This is a great place to live and I am sorry to be leaivng. I highly recomment Calais Village Condos."
