Description

Loft living in the heart of Park Slope!
SPECTACULAR best describes this 5 bedroom, 3 full bath, 2,700 sq ft duplex loft with 2 outdoor spaces, soaring 25 ft. ceilings, and a skylight which lets in beautiful natural light.
Upon entering the main floor, you are greeted with a great sense of space. The open floor plan offers a feng shui flow of the foyer, kitchen, dining and living room areas. The foyer is spacious and inviting with room for a big console table and room for your coats to boot. Off to the side is a spacious full bath with a tub. Right behind you is an oversized interior room currently configured as a media room, but offers endless possibilities from a Den to Game Room to a Workout Space, maybe a cozy place for afternoon naps.
Go ahead and plan that huge holiday dinner! The open chef's kitchen has stainless steel SubZero fridge, built-in-microwave and a Frigidaire Gallery Stove. There is plenty of counter space, and enough cabinetry for all your kitchen needs. The airy dining and living room areas are lined with east facing windows flooding the rooms with light. A special feature in the living room is the pull-out bar which is great for entertaining. This home has endless possibilities for configuration with more than enough room for family and entertaining guests. There are closets galore for all your storage needs. This generous space even includes a laundry room! Yes, you read correctly, an actual laundry room!
The rest of the main floor has 3 bedrooms, each with its own substantial closet space. The master bedroom is just enormous. It has a big walk-in-closet, and a full ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi. Off the hallway is another bedroom that is currently set up as a kid's room. The third bedroom easily fits a king bed. This main hallway also has a full bathroom with a shower. The living room and master bedroom both have staircases that lead to the upper floor of the duplex.
This upper level has 2 great sized rooms bridged between with a view of the lower main level. Currently one upstairs room is set up as a large home office. You can use these 2 rooms for just about anything… more bedrooms, a playroom, maybe you want 2 offices… the list goes on…
And you will be sure to be comfortable year-round as there is Central Heat and AC.
The 2 outdoor terraces offer outstanding views of Brooklyn and New York City. Imagine a Sunday morning…hot coffee in your hand and wearing a comfy robe and slippers. You can stand on the terrace and watch the morning sun rise over the city. It's hard to beat!
This home can become the oasis you desire! 47 Lincoln Place is a converted Sneaker Factory Condominium. It is self-managed by its 9 residential units. There is no other building like it in all of Park Slope! This building is special. The building offers Bike storage on the premises. Pets are welcome and there is no size/weight limit. Cable options are Spectrum and Fios.
Park Slope has something for everyone with its gorgeous tree-lined streets, shops, cafes and restaurants. You are steps away from 5th Avenue, and the Barclays Center. Check out the weekly Farmers market and world-renowned Prospect Park. Getting around is easy with transportation a 5 minute walk away (2, 3,4,5,N,R,Q ,B,D,F,G).
This home is a must see!

"Please don’t bring more dogs to this neighborhood. We already have enough and owners already do a very poor job of either 1) picking up after them or 2) keeping them leashed. Saw a dog unlawfully unleashed in the park destroy a tree the other day. Continually have to ask owners to not let dogs defecate on our fenced sidewalk gardens. Just don’t. How hard is it? "
