"Jack is now a through street and part of the Linda Vista Subdivision. There are 3 wonderful parks/playgrounds within walking distance for the kids. There are very nice sidewalks for all properties. City Zoning, country like setting. Good traffice flow and new roundabout. "

"Have lived in this neighborhood for 25 years. This street is a quiet cul du sac, so little traffic. Nice park with splash deck within a few blocks. Most houses in the area built in the 60s or 70s. Neighborhood is walkable, but no sidewalks. Is about 1.5 miles from a super Walmart and another grocery store, south edge of town. Schoolbus service, but no public bus in neighborhood."
