"Lovely neighborhood, friendly people and great amenities. Gated with guard at gate 24hrs. Many people walk dogs in this community. Acceptance of community guidelines is required. Hoa includes community grounds keeping, trash pick-up cable and internet. Lovely clubhouse with game room, library and exercise room. A woodworking shop is also available for residents"
