"Everyone that owns a unit has the option of a fenced yard. The end units have a fairly large L shape yard. mean dogs are not allowed. Owners are required to scoop their own dogs Pooh, but not all do. There are a lot of dogs here but you don't see them unless they are out for a walk. I worry about dogs occasionally getting loose because of Alkire and Holt Rds are very busy at rush hour. "

"This area is located near I-270 so the commute to downtown is roughly only 15 minutes. It's also located near the #9 Cota bus line which goes downtown and connects with the #21 for Hilliard and the #10 W. Broad St. bus which takes you downtown also."
