5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe data on this school is not being reported accurately. My child has 33 children in the class, which is a unique situation. The teachers keep quitting and the school will not be forthcoming of the reason to the parents. Most of the class sizes are 25 students so 16 per teacher is still misleading. The amount of kids per counselor is way way way off. There are only 2 counselors for the entire school and 5th and 6th is in attendance here. Half of the elementary schools in Avon feed into this intermediate school. "The neighborhood is pet friendly and everyone seems to pick up their dog litter. Most walk their dogs on leashes. Not a lot of drive thru traffic. "

"Schools are great, lots of kids, sports are very competitive so if your kid is just middle of the road then there’s a good chance they may not play in high school. High school is huge"

"Community sales are nice once or twice a year here in the neighborhood. Other surrounding communities have community sales as well. The church down the street has a fish fry and other events through the year. It’s a great place to live here in Avon, Indiana"

"I drive 30 minutes to downtown Indy. The traffic through Avon can be hectic on I36 but there are plenty of lesser traveled alternative routes."
