They regularly have to dismiss behavior issue otherwise the front office would be filled daily. Therefore, other student’s learning and general well being is effected. They don’t have consistent staff including admin, so it is hard for students to get consistent messages and discipline year to year. The math curriculum they have right now is horrendous and the reading curriculum is outdated and does not address esol or general knowledge gaps well. There is such a wide variety of classes and activities for the students- Orchestra, Band, Chorus and foreign languages are offered as a part of the daily curriculum. The parent-run Foundation provides funding to support extra sports programs as well- including softball, volleyball, soccer, cross country, basketball, tennis....the list goes on. Everywhere you turn there is something going on and a way for students to try new things. Parents seem very engaged and supportive of the school programs. The IB program at Ridgeview is a huge plus for us as well because we feel it will best prepare our children to participate in the International Baccalaureate degree program available in high school. We feel very fortunate to have such a good public middle school available in our neighborhood.Parent Review8mo ago

"Very friendly neighborhood. We have community events and neighborhood get togethers. Most residents keep their homes and yards up. Very happy living in this neighborhood and love the location. There is a pool in the next neighborhood over that you can join if you are looking for a community pool."
