"Kids need to use the sidewalks and be careful because the cars speed up and down the road here. They put in a crosswalk but very few people stop. Always make sure the cars are going to stop for you don’t just assume. "

"Good area. Can be sketchy at times, but never feel uncomfortable or unsafe even with some of the things that happen locally. I have walked this community at varying hours and its pleasant. Lots of activities with the park nearby. Beautiful lake. Schools are meh, but can't win all the time. "
