"There is a wide range of families living in the area. The sports park is a short walk away with pickle ball courts, tennis courts, softball fields, batting cages, exercise equipment, trails, probably 12+ soccer fields and a park with slides and stuff for the younger kids "

"This neighborhood is easily accessible from the North or South Spanish Fork I-15 exits and highway 6. Traffic on I-15 is rarely a problem since they've expanded I-15 to 6 lanes throughout Spanish Fork and jumps to 10 lanes just north of the Main St exit. "
