We are looking for a short term tenant from 4/1-7/1/23. Call with questions. Traditional home in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of off street parking. A queen size bed, 2 double beds with two single beds and a sofa queen size bed are with the house. We are flexible about the furniture and can store or eliminate whatever is not necessary. In fact we have an extra Double Bed that we can switch out if necessary and some additional dressers as well.
An additional hvac system was added to make the property more comfortable and energy efficient.
A large garage at the back of the property is not included in the rental arrangement. The parking area in front of the rear garage is also not included in the rent.
The space to be rented includes 2 living areas, a kitchen, dining room, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and laundry space. Part of the basement is accessible for your storage with shelving available and access to utilities. The main floor garage will be included with 2 spaces for vehicles. The second floor of the garage is closed off for the owners storage purposes. The driveway has space for 2 vehicles. An older drive at the front of the property has room for 2 more. There is a patio on the north side of the house with a grill and outdoor furniture. Pets are not allowed.
The house is located one block from a city bus route. It is also located across the street from a green space where there are community gardens and open space.

All utilities including sewage, water, trash, recycling, gas and electricity are to be transferred to the tenants name during the lease period. The wifi will remain the landlord's responsibility.

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school has no words for me to say, all i can just say is that this school is amazing, i love city high, and i love the teachers,they could try and get the students to fight under control.but this school brings me joy and happiness when i wake up in the morning,i love the teachers and anyone there.there are some bumps,like how some students act with one another,but either than that this school can be a warm welcoming home,every morning that i woke up to get ready to go here felt like i was just going home.i always woke up with a smile knowing i will see one of my favorite teachers there and the people and friends who are really close to me.honestly i recommend this school because you can learn at your own pace,teachers help with whatever you are struggling with and help you to understand the work better,they take the time they have every day of the week to make sure that you are getting your work done and you get the help that is necessary for you.I love you city high! keep growing and i miss you!!!! The teachers are dedicated and work hard and the performances are always a joy to attend, especially the choral performances showcasing the training that the kids are getting. Show choir is especially fun and I've seen so much growth in my daughter's dancing and coordination as well as in her vocal ability.
