"I have had a second home here for over a decade. Small niche community with a good mix of full, part time and vacation homes. Rural with a some great perks such as private beach, close to grocery and post office, several state parks, cool beaches (hello bowling ball beach!) and plenty of hiking. Summer brings farmers markets. Neighbors are friendly, with a few who can be long winded."
