"I love this neighborhood! It’s the last area of Nashville to be gentrified, but it’s getting there now with new builds and houses being redone. I don’t plan on moving anytime soon because I’m so happy here. It’s quiet, I love my house, the people are friendly and watch out for each other, and it’s close proximity to downtown. "

"This is a nice quiet neighborhood with excellent friendly neighbors. Low crime area. Close proximity to Briley, I65, I40 and less than 10 minutes from Downtown Nashville. 10 minutes to all of Charlotte Pike shopping centers. "

"Nice street: affordable, quiet, low crime, mature trees, five miles from Downtown. The worst things are just some cut-through traffic and a few rental properties. Needs home-owners who are willing to upgrade the smallish, 1950's era houses."
