They lie and blame everything on the children. They seam to be un educated when it comes to real life problems. "this is a mixed neighborhood with a lot of kids but there are some teenagers that are very well supervised. for the most part it is a safe neighborhood with but homeless people are scattered around. Some abandoned apartments are occupied by squatters. overall I would give it a 7 out of 10 "
