Lovers of art and architecture take notice! Designed by past recipients of the American Prize for Architecture, A House Divided'' marries modern & traditional structures to deliver a home that is both elegant and provocative. Perched high on a dune in Beverly Shores, the two separate wings are distinguished by different colors and materials and linked by a glass corridor. The garage and four bedrooms are housed in the forest-green corrugated metal modern half, while the large living and dining area - separated by a soaring double-sided fireplace - occupy the sun-drenched traditional wing which is clad in natural wood. The kitchen - concealed in a giant red cube - pays homage to Piet Mondrian's classic abstracts, while bold colors in the bedrooms and halls reflect the palette of the Indiana Dunes. Features include a screened-in porch overlooking large decks, a hot tub, and a winding stone path to the Andrew Carson wind sculpture and inground swimming pool. Book your showing today!

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageBiggest MISTAKE moving here was not looking into the school system. They allow kids to continue to get away with bringing vapes, weapons, etc to school with little to no disciplinary actions. They do NOT notify parents of ANYTHING, until it has already happened. DO NOT get me started with the school dances and SCHOOL BOARD. I've reached out with my concerns and they've DONE NOTHING BUT BRUSH IT UNDER THE RUG. To be honest, I am not even sure how these schools are still operating.Parent Review4mo ago - Pine Elementary School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageDeprives students of their education . The truancy officer constantly harasses students he chooses as his targets. Constant searches 1-3 times a week by dogs and cops violating students privacy . Low grading scores . This school should be shut down .Parent Review1mo ago - Check out schools near 430 E Bellevue Ave.
