I would like to note something about this school. The first thing is the other Students. There aren't many friendly people in the middle school, although the teachers are friendly. Recently the school made some new rules that I don't happen to like, some other kids confirm they don't like the rules either. One rule that many people happen to dislike is that you cannot carry backpacks around. If you are a student like me, that struggles with being on time to class if you have to stop somewhere to get something like a binder, notebook, etc, then that rule will probably stress you out about certain classes. Another rule I would like to bring to others attention is that you have to change for PE. If you are insecure about changing in PE like me, then I wouldn't recommend this school. But you can always talk to the CST about this and figure out a way to deal with this. But other then that, I would recommend this school. The teachers make the learning fun, and interesting, and the school is very safe and secure.

We are three months into sending our kids here, and we are beyond impressed. The teachers are inspiring and engaging, the social atmosphere is good, the administrative staff is friendly and has the kids' best interests at heart, the sports are above and beyond with coaches making character and perseverance just as important as talent, the curriculum is rigorous, the theatre program is outstanding, the abundance of clubs (over 200) is incredible, and the counseling services are above and beyond (you will not find such a great emphasis on counseling at any other NJ school). This is a great district and an excellent high school!
