Description
Awesome opportunity awaits with this 4/2 home minutes away from Godwin Creek Golf course, Columbus Technical College, Fort Benning, TSYS and everything convenient with excellent highway access. Covered front porch with fan is perfect for enjoying the picturesque white picket fenced in front yard. The roof, HVAC, and water heater are newer making this a smart buy! The home does need some TLC as the HVAC wiring is missing, window broken, and electrical needs work. However, the rental potential is there and great opportunity for sweat equity for the first time buyer.

"commuting is not bad at all there's a bus stop at almost every corner so there's no problem of getting around only thing is that there's not enough places that I can go and just enjoy myself within the city being that there's a lot segregation and discrimination going on within this beautiful city in which I think if we had outlets to enjoy it will decrease the unneighborly feel of the city"
- Trulia User

"It’s perfect area! Nothing to dislike and I see a lot of people walking with their dogs every single day "

"Lock your doors. There is a big mix of lifestyles here and that makes crime abundant. The area needs gentrification and cleanup in places. Then it would be safer for everyone. Houses could be more affordable if they were not gems in the rough. "
