"I’ve lived here for 5 years. Great location. Never had any problems. Close to the St Charle Line and Magazine St. Just two blocks to Uptown parade route. Restaurant and shops close. Audubon Park, Tulane and Loyola less than a mile away. Fresh Market and Breaux Mart for groceries. "

"We’re walking distance to everything. On the weekends, I don’t use my car at all. Every bit of entertainment you could need comes from strolling both the residential and commercial areas. Close to magazine and prytania. "
