"I wouldn’t say it’s too quiet. We have 3 lvusd public schools practically down the street. It’s the perfect kid neighborhood! We have the Santa Monica mountains as our backyard, hence rent is high. Also, there has been a break-in on our street :/ Other than that...great street parking, friendly neighbors, and pet friendly area."

"We have lived in the neighborhood for 22 years. We communicate with our close neighbors and have an informal danger phone tree (fire, coyotes). Many of our children played together. Our era is beginning to move out and it is uncomfortable and sad. Changes are also good things. "
