What Locals Say about Salt Lake City

"Safe. Many schools are in walking distance and they are exceptional. Mostly quiet—a few rentals for the college students can make things occasionally loud."
- Anne Halliday Lentz
- Resident

"Walkability is superb! Beautiful trees and sidewalks make this a wonderful place for a stroll, no matter what the season!"
- Anne Halliday Lentz
- Resident

"Easy commute, I feel like I can get anywhere in the valley in 15 minutes or less! The traffic in this neighborhood has increased exponentially and it is a huge downgrade to this once-quiet neighborhood. "
- Anne Halliday Lentz

"The quaint lamposts and charming houses make this a particularly beautiful place to live. Some people are friendly, some not. I’d say 50/50. Halloween is a blast, and Christmas time, the decorations on Michigan Avenue cannot be beat!"

"This neighborhood is a great walking neighborhood. There are parks, restaurants, grocery stores , shops, veterinarian clinic, salons and even the “humpback roundabout’” that are within walking distance.
