"I live nearby in Sunset...there are coyotes that hunt regularly in our neighborhood. If you have a dog less than 50#...you would need to keep them in the house about an hour before dark and on a leash when pottying outside after dark. Beautiful land and creeks."

"You need a personal vehicle to properly commute important places such to and from the grocery store or work, there really isn’t public transportation in the area. It’s more of a country hometown feel that has a lot of the amenities of a busier city within 10-15 minute drive or less."
