"This is a neighborhood with easy access to transportation and very good walkability. It's safe, close to restaurants and shopping. The Cameo Cafe is just up the street - best breakfasts in Portland! The houses are well kept, the lawns nice and the people friendly but not nosy. Good schools, the only downside is that parks are kind of lacking but then that is Portland on the Eastside - too little park land."

Easy Trimet access provides a quick trip to downtown Portland and nearby Max stations. Just minutes away from Providence Portland Medical Center, the Portland Airport, Hollywood District, Lloyd Center and Cascade Station shopping and theatres; the center of opportunity, in a quiet neighborhood"
