"Very helpful and some are willing to out of their way to help if they can but most in the old area of MT Plymouth keep to ourselves but it’s a very quiet area and the toll road is real close so it’s very easy and fast to get to Orlando and the theme parks "

"Easy to get to store by car ,traffics can be hectic at rush hour times but with the 429 beltway coming through the area it should make it very easy to to Orlando at any part "

"Very peaceful, and great natural environment. Family oriented. It is a golf cart community and most of the neighbors are driving one. An IGA is just a few blocks from my house, and it is very convenient. Easy access to 429 and 6 miles to Mount Dora. Love to live here."

"We were the 1st ones to build in phase 3 and we have lived here for 15 years. We love living here. Our neighbors are great. Downside would be that unless you are on a well, your cost of water is ridiculous. There are also quite a few renters now in the neighborhood. We are fortunate that our neighbor that rents, treats the house as if it were their own!"

"I've lived here since 2002. I've watched it grow from a dirt road community to a maintained paved road neighborhood where neighbors walk, run and ride their bikes. Everyone looks out for each other like family."
