"This is an amazing community. It is a little farther out than some places, but it is such a family-friendly community! The clubhouse is amazing, with lap pool, splash pool, little kid area and 2 large water slides, plus gym and golfing. Love this place!!!"

"My family lives in this neighborhood (Seville Golf & Country Club community), and it is one of the best communities we have lived in within the East Valley. Two major grocery stores are within ½ mile, and the San Tan Village Mall and Harkins theaters are only 7.58 miles away. The golf course, country club (which features a water park, tennis courts, upscale restaurant, ballroom, and fitness center), as well as numerous playgrounds/parks are just a block or two away. Riggs Elementary school is right around the corner. The neighborhood landscaping is very well maintained, the community is very clean, and well lit jogging paths surround the area."
