"I've lived in Bay Village for almost 15 years. It's a wonderful community with a Metropark, lots of trees and a beach. We have top rated schools all levels. It is safe enough to walk at any time of these day. Only downside is high real estate taxes because we have no industry and few commercial businesses. No other downsides. "

"People are put all the time. But some shady stuff can occur too. Plus is a suburb where the bulk of its population is getting ready to go to nursing homes and assisted living facilities, meaning a huge surplus of homes for sale could lead to a drop in property values. "
