There is a lower middle class mostly tradesman who are either self employed or work for companies. There has been an increase of homeowners in the area. Thus a sign of an educated palate vs. a big box retail generic. The schools are undergoing dramatic changes while switching to standardized tests that empirically measure aptitude and ability which are quantifiable versus classical subjective teaching. All schools are generally improving and meet or will meet state standards."
