"I live here for over 10 years. Irvine has become very crowded, there is traffic everywhere you go. Lots and lots of new homes and apartments have been built that attracted far too many people for the existing infrastructure. Also, we used to feel very safe here, but unfortunately it’s not as safe as it used to be. "

"I live here and bought our home 8 years ago from the builder. Standard Pacific did a great job with our open floor plan and the quality of their work is still amazing. Our neighbors are great and the schools are very academic. We go to the parks almost daily and feel very safe to let the kids even walk to school or their friends house."
