7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy experience with this school is not great first of all the community is toxic everyone is so mean to me for no reason at all and second we get so much homework and also we barely get any time to do homework, projects, assignments which is very annoying and should make the due date longer. And also all the teachers are mean to meOther Review4mo ago - Check out schools near 3742 Highview St #8.

What Locals Say about Richland
- Aly Wilder
- Resident

"It’s great for walking, the trails are basically our back yard, but the houses on that edge are not allowed to have fencing, per city code, so we have to do potty on a leash. If your house is not on the edge of the trail access you can have a fence, our neighbors across the street have them. "

"Of the three districts, I feel like Richland is the best. Also, there are plenty of parks so even if you have a small yard, there is sure to be a park really close."

"I moved here years ago after growing up in Los Angeles California. We have low crime, beautiful rivers for boating, tubing, kayaking and now water-yoga which is done on top of your paddle board. All types of restaurants including outdoor dining in the summertime at any of the many wineries here. 3 hospitals for peace of mind that are outstanding. It’s just a more low-key place to live for all demographics. People here are honest hard workers, but without the aggression that I saw daily in LA"
