"High crime below average schools declining businesses no decent place close to dine or dance crowed rather narrow streets high commute traffic on streets that a STILL TORN AFTER 3 YEARS this is a lower middle class neighborhood the average age of home is 60 years old and are estimation value of 53 dollars a square foot the ratings are either a lame joke or pull fantasy by desperate sellers"
