"I live in the Beverly Hills Elementary neighborhood. I love my neighborhood because we look out for each other and each others children. We are a quiet neighborhood and clean! Our kids freely play in the neighborhood and walk to school alone as its a safe area. "

"This neighborhood (Ladera/Wilshire) is a quiet neighborhood, mixed with young families, original owners of the homes (sold in 1959-1960) and couples with adult children who have "left" the nest, but not quite near retirement. The neighborhood ends at an elementary school and close to the freeway for commuters. Very diverse neighborhood. "
